The Mockingbird (a MADE SOUTH Cottage) is located in The Retreat at Water’s Edge, a private lakeside community in Tracy City, Tennessee, just down the road from Monteagle and Sewanee. This cozy cottage sleeps up to six guests with a queen bed in the primary bedroom, twin bunks in the hall, and a queen bed in the loft. The Mockingbird has a full bath - fluffy towels FTW! - a well-stocked kitchen, screened-in front porch, charcoal grill, and a fire pit stocked with firewood. With beautiful hiking trails, restaurants, and shopping just minutes away, The Mockingbird is the perfect getaway for couples, girls trips, and more!

Nestled in the trees and featuring a private screened-in back porch, Honeysuckle Hill is the romantic getaway you’ve been looking for.
